Neymar Jr. begins his second season with PSG after playing in the World Cup.

Our star player is back on the field, kicking off his second season with Paris Saint-Germain. And the 18/19 season began with a title, a goal, and high hopes for great success.

In the match that marked his return to the field, the French team faced Monaco in the French Super Cup final, a game played in the Chinese city of Shenzhen. With a 4–0 victory, Neymar Jr. and his teammates claimed their first title of the season. The Brazilian, working to regain peak fitness after a vacation, entered the game in the second half, much to the delight of the local fans.

A few days later, having started the game, he scored PSG's first goal in their 3–0 victory over Caen in the team's Ligue 1 opener.

With goalkeeper Buffon joining the team and all its star players remaining, PSG is considered one of the favorites to win every title up for grabs. In addition to the domestic leagues, the Champions League is one of the club’s main goals.
