On Friday (the 28th), the Spanish Public Prosecutor's Office announced that it was dropping all charges against Neymar Jr., his parents, Neymar and Nadine, and the company N&N Consultoria.
The initial indictment was based exclusively on the unilateral, subjective, and biased accounts provided by the DIS group.
After hearing statements from all parties involved, as well as from witnesses and experts, the Prosecutor’s Office, based on the evidence, definitively dropped the charges, rendering a final verdict on the matter.
The Spanish courts, therefore, have now reached the same conclusion as that previously reached by FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)—the highest authorities in soccer matters—which have also ruled on the matter and recognized the legality of the transfer in a final, binding, and res judicata decision.
Nearly ten years after the transfer and all the defamatory, biased, and negligent attempts by the private accusers—which caused incalculable damage to my reputation—the case is definitively closed.

English Version
On Friday (the 28th), Spain’s public prosecutor announced the dismissal of all charges against Neymar Jr., his parents, Neymar and Nadine, and the company N&N Consultoria.
The initial charge was based solely on one-sided accounts—selective and biased—from the DIS Group.
After hearing statements from all parties involved, as well as from witnesses and experts, the prosecutor, based on the evidence, ultimately dismissed all charges and issued a final ruling on the matter.
The Spanish court, therefore, reaches the same conclusion as FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)—two of the highest authorities in soccer—which have already affirmed and recognized the legality of the transfer in a definitive decision, constituting a final judgment.
Nearly ten years after the transfer, and following all the defamatory, biased, and negligent attempts by the specific accusers—which caused incalculable damage to my reputation—the case is finally closed.
