NR Sports, the company that exclusively manages Neymar Jr.’s image, has a “new look.” The facade of the company’s office in Santos, on the coast of São Paulo, now features a new billboard commemorating its client’s 10-year career.
The item was a gift from Red Bull to celebrate this historic moment for world soccer. The brand was the first to believe in the career plan developed for Neymar Jr., and has been a part of every significant moment in the athlete’s life ever since.
Red Bull and NR Sports have been partners since 2010. Together, they have come up with creative ideas that combine advertising with support for sports—always featuring the country’s top athlete—ranging from flight simulators to freestyle competitions.
One of the brand’s flagship initiatives, named after the Brazilian forward, is Neymar Jr’s Five. The competition has become the world’s largest amateur 5-on-5 tournament, with its finals held annually at the Neymar Jr. Institute in Praia Grande. More than 50 countries are represented in both men’s and women’s divisions.
The Institute will also receive a new billboard. “We welcomed this news with great joy, because our relationship has been built on a foundation of trust. Red Bull was the first to believe in our project. We can’t help but be grateful. The company and Neymar have grown together. They are part of our history,” said Neymar da Silva Santos, co-owner of NR Sports.
The mural on the facade of the office, located on one of Santos’s main avenues, chronicles his early days at Santos FC, his time at Barcelona (ESP), his move to Paris Saint-Germain (FRA), and his success with the Brazilian national team. In the center, Neymar Jr. is wearing the Neymar Jr.’s Five jersey.
