NETFLIX ANNOUNCES A DOCUMENTARY SERIES ON THE HISTORY OF THE BRAZILIAN SOCCER STAR, PRODUCED BY UNINTERRUPTED

São Paulo, December 14, 2021 – One of today's greatest soccer stars will take the field on Netflix starting January 25, 2022. The new documentary series Neymar: The Perfect Chaos It takes a behind-the-scenes look at the life of one of the world's most famous and highest-paid athletes, who has racked up as many titles as controversies.
With three episodes ranging from 50 to 60 minutes each, the series showcases a side of Neymar Jr. that is still relatively unknown, without shying away from controversy. The book recounts part of the player's history and It traces his rise to fame at Santos, his glory days at FC Barcelona, and the roller-coaster ride with the Brazilian national team and Paris Saint-Germain. It also reveals the marketing machine behind Neymar, led by his father, Neymar da Silva Santos—better known as Neymar Sr. Packed with stars, the book also features testimonials from players such as David Beckham, Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, Daniel Alves, and Thiago Silva, as well as athletes Gabriel Medina and Bruninho, among other legends, who assess Neymar’s place in sports history.
Neymar: The Perfect Chaos It is directed by David Charles Rodrigues and executive produced by LeBron James and Maverick Carter through their Emmy-winning sports empowerment brand, UNINTERRUPTED. Devin Johnson, Daniel Sillman, Jamal Henderson, Philip Byron, Ross M. Dinerstein, Ross Girard, and Angus Wall also serve as executive producers.
