Thiago Braz receives a letter from Neymar Jr. on the TV show "Esporte Espetacular"

The special report “Inspiration” was produced in partnership with Above

Thiago Braz, an athlete whose image is managed by NR Sports, was featured in the series “Inspiração,” produced by Esporte Espetacular in partnership with Above and aired this Sunday (13) across Brazil. The Olympic champion, who recently became a father, received an inspiring letter written by Neymar Jr. The forward also appeared on the segment, talking about dreams, careers, and how fatherhood inspires him to be better every day.

Thiago Braz welcomed the Esporte Espetacular team in Formia, Italy, where he lives and trains. The report highlighted details of the athlete’s story, recalling his incredible Olympic gold medal victory in 2016 and his bronze medal in Tokyo, and showed some moments of the first-time father with his newborn daughter.

Little Tiffany, Thiago's daughter, was the main reason behind the letter Neymar Jr. wrote to the pole vaulter. It was a message filled with inspiring words from someone who also became a father at a young age:

“Of all the challenges I’ve faced on and off the field, none has been greater than becoming a father. Being responsible for a life, having someone who looks up to what you do, has definitely inspired me to be a better person. Congratulations on the daughter on the way—may she be born healthy and bring you both much joy.” – wrote Neymar Jr.

A native of Marília, in the interior of São Paulo, and now one of the biggest names in Brazilian track and field—with one Olympic gold and one bronze medal to his credit—Thiago Braz has yet another reason to stay inspired and continue making history on the track.

“I’m now looking forward to the 2024 Olympics; I really believe in it, and I really want to win another medal. I want to perform well and bring that sense of accomplishment home, and to see Tiffany holding the medal in her hand—that’s my lifelong dream today.” – Thiago Braz shared this on the special episode of *Esporte Espetacular* in partnership with Above.
