Speaking about his new role, Neymar Jr. said: “Poker is so much more than just the game. It’s a community and a culture, and that’s what I love about it. I’m excited to start this next chapter with PokerStars.net, and we’re already collaborating in several key areas. Music is a true passion of mine, so it was at the top of the list, but there’s much more to come. I can’t wait for you to see what else we have in store.”

Martin Nieri, Global Brand and Creative Director at PokerStars.net, said: “Neymar Jr. isn’t just a global sports star. He’s also a very creative person with a deep interest in the culture around him. This moment marks the beginning of something exciting for the PokerStars.net community—a fusion of two worlds, where poker meets culture. In a first for the industry, together we’ll create moments that will truly shake up poker and reward those who get involved in everything that’s to come.”

The announcement coincides with the launch of a new campaign, which shows Neymar Jr. shaking up the poker scene.
