This Friday (the 11th), in São Paulo, at Trench Rossi Watanabe, a press conference was held with the legal team from NN Consultoria/NR Sports and the company’s representative and statutory director of the Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr., Altamiro Bezerra, to clarify and address questions regarding legal proceedings related to the athlete Neymar Jr. and the companies.

The press conference began at 12:00 p.m. and was attended by various media outlets. On the panel were Dr. Marcos Neder, a partner in the tax practice at Trench Rossi Watanabe, Dr. Davi Tangerino, a partner in the criminal law practice at Trench Rossi; Dr. Marcos Motta, a partner in the international sports law practice; and Dr. Gustavo Xisto, a partner in the civil/contracts practice at Xisto e Santos Advogados Associados.

The main questions regarding tax and criminal proceedings were addressed.

“I would like to emphasize that throughout the entire enforcement process, we complied with all procedures and met all of the agency’s requirements, and that we felt comfortable doing so because all matters involving the family, Neymar Jr., and their companies have always been guided by integrity.” Stated Altamiro Bezerra.

Following the explanations, the press conference was opened for questions, during which all questions were addressed and clarified by the representatives.
