PUMA launches new #KINGNJR apparel and soccer cleats

The Neymar Jr. x PUMA product line continues to expand. On Monday (19), the sports brand launched new apparel items: sweatshirts, sweatpants, T-shirts, and caps featuring the star player’s branding. The new items are now available on the website PUMA.com and at partner online stores.

Another new feature is a new version of the KING soccer cleat, which is lighter and designed for quick movements on the field with the RAPIDSPRINT outsole. The outer side panel of the traditional and legendary black soccer cleat is now adorned with small NJR symbols, which is why the new model has been named the NEYMAR JR x PUMA KING PLATINUM.

The star player already wore the cleats during training sessions last weekend in Paris. He will wear the new pair in the season opener of the 2020–21 Champions League on Tuesday (the 20th) against Manchester United at Parc des Princes.

The sweatshirts, pants, shirts, and caps all feature the same KING NJR design in black. The sweatshirts come in two versions: one with a hood and a PUMA x NJR print on the front, and the other with a zipper and a print on the back. The black track pants also follow this trend, as do the new black version of the T-shirt and the black cap with gold-colored branding.

This is PUMA's second licensed release featuring Neymar Jr. The first products were a personalized T-shirt and the return of the KING soccer cleat. Other new items are expected to hit the global market in the coming months.
