This Tuesday (the 22nd) was a very special day for the Brazilian girls and Mexican boys who won the third edition of Neymar Jr.’s Five. The winners of the Red Bull tournament traveled to Paris and met with Neymar Jr., where they were warmly welcomed by the star player.

“We’re so happy! We know we’ve achieved our goal, which was to become champions,” said Luis Amezola, a Mexican.

The women’s team “Resenha013” and the Mexican men’s team “Deportivo Magos” lifted the trophy at the third Neymar Jr’s Five tournament. The star players earned the opportunity to spend time with Paris Saint-Germain’s No. 10. Both teams played games, took part in a “quiz” with the athlete, chatted, took photos, and got autographs from the forward on an unforgettable day.

“Participating in Neymar Jr.’s Five was an indescribable experience. It was a tournament we never expected to win like that. No other tournament offered us the chance to visit Paris and meet Neymar,” said Edely Meirelles of Resenha 013, commenting on the experience.

Marynara Avelino, Andreza Menezes, Edely Meireles, Taliani Sagas, Fernanda Preinado, Nastassja Febras, the tournament’s first women’s champions, and Fercho Arecar, Luis Amezola, Benjamín De la Cruz, and Eddie Sanchez, the third men’s champions, etched their names on the trophy of the world’s largest five-on-five tournament.

“Today I met with the winners of the latest edition of Neymar Jr.’s Five: the women’s team from Brazil and the men’s team from Mexico. We had a lot of fun, chatted, and played around a bit. They’re absolutely thrilled!” Neymar Jr. concluded, speaking about the meeting.
